Questions
Do production workers need a company email to use Inspire?
No. Inspire runs on the employee’s phone as a native iOS or Android app, or as a web app. Updates arrive as push notifications, SMS or Viber messages, so people without a company inbox are reached as reliably as office staff.
Can we send updates to one plant or shift only?
Yes. Employees are grouped by department or location, and every news post, document, challenge or notification can be sent to a specific group. The same groups are used in the analytics.
