Demo requests
When you submit the demo request form, we process your name, company, email address and the page you sent the form from. We use them only to answer your request and, if you wish, to arrange a demo and an offer.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- The form is delivered to us by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this relies on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR.
- We keep your request for as long as needed to handle it and any resulting business relationship, and delete it no later than 24 months after our last contact.
To prevent abuse, the form stores a one-way hash of your IP address for up to one hour, so it can limit the number of submissions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in protecting the form from spam).
Analytics
We measure visits with Plausible Analytics, which CNJ hosts on its own server (plausible.cnj.digital). Plausible uses no cookies and stores no personal data: visits are counted in aggregate, and your IP address is only used to create a daily rotating, anonymous identifier that is not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
Server logs
Our web server records technical error logs to keep the site secure and working. These logs can contain your IP address, the requested address and the time of the request, and are kept only for a limited period (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you,
- have it corrected or deleted,
- restrict or object to its processing,
- receive it in a portable format.
To exercise these rights, write to info@cnj.si. You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si).
