About Inspire
Born from a real client project.
Inspire is a white-label mobile app for employee communication, learning and gamified engagement. It began as a custom app for one client, proved itself with thousands of users, and is now a platform for any company that needs to reach people who aren’t at a desk.

The problem
A client that couldn’t advertise
A company in a heavily regulated industry needed its brands to stand out at the point of sale, but the law limited how it could advertise. The people who recommend its products every day were the sales staff of its B2B partners, and there was no direct way to reach or train them.

An app people chose to open
Together we built a mobile app with gamification at its core: weekly challenges, daily games, short learning content, a product catalogue and a store where points turn into real rewards. It grew to more than 6,000 users in Slovenia and 3,000 in Croatia.

Who makes Inspire?
Inspire is designed, built and run by CNJ Digital (CNJ d.o.o.), a digital product studio founded in 2011 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The same team that builds the app also helps each client launch it, set up content and read the results, so there is one partner from the first workshop to daily operation.
How did Inspire start?
Inspire began as a custom app for a client in a heavily regulated industry that needed to reach and train the salespeople of its B2B partners. The app grew to more than 9,000 users in Slovenia and Croatia, and after years of strong results CNJ Digital turned it into a white-label product that other companies can use.
Is Inspire a different company from Inspire Software?
Yes. Inspire by CNJ Digital is an employee engagement app made by CNJ Digital in Slovenia. It has no connection to Inspire Software or any other company with a similar name. To avoid confusion, the product is called Inspire by CNJ Digital in listings and reviews.
Where is the team based and who do you work with?
The team is based at Dunajska 47 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and works in English and Slovenian. Inspire is offered to companies internationally, and each client gets its own branded app on iOS, Android and the web, with the modules it needs.
