Which modules does Inspire include?
Inspire includes challenges, mini masterclasses, news, an information hub for documents, an FAQ module, a product catalogue and a rewards store, plus a gamification layer with micro-rewards, leaderboards, badges and two daily games. Administrators get a headless CMS, employee segmentation, user analytics and notifications via push, SMS, email and Viber.
What are micro-rewards?
Micro-rewards are small numbers of points attached to everyday actions in the app, such as reading a news post, watching a training video or solving a quiz. Rewarding these actions the moment they happen turns them into habits, unlike traditional programs that only celebrate big milestones once a year.
Can Inspire send messages to specific groups only?
Yes. Administrators can group employees by department or location and send news, documents, challenges or notifications only to the people they are meant for. The same groups are used in the analytics, so results can be compared between teams or countries.
Can CNJ Digital build features that are not in Inspire yet?
Yes. Custom modules are developed for companies with specific needs and integrated into the same app. Modules currently being built for all clients include events with RSVP, a health module with step challenges and an AI chatbot connected to the company knowledge base.
